Financing for Development Conference, Doha
Documents are just coming out from the UN International Conference on Financing for Development, Doha 29 Nov to 2 Dec 2008. Will it really be the ‘historic new beginning’ touted by the French Development Minister or more of a ‘missed opportunity’ (the civil society reaction). See http://www.un.org/esa/ffd/doha/
