Where are the Gaps?: HIV and Gender Pre-service Teacher Training Curriculum and Practices in East Africa, edited on behalf of the Commonwealth Secretariat’s Gender Section, required a swift turnaround – less than two weeks from commission to submission of final edit – so that it could be presented at a meeting in late February 2009. Given the subject matter, well worth the late evenings this entailed.
